Buhari’s Daughter gets Called to Bar with Resit Students

President Muhammadu Buhari’s daughter has been “Called to Bar” during an event at the Law School in Abuja. Halima Buhari who is married to Bana Sheriff was sworn in by the authorities today at an event witnessed by her mother, Aisha, and siblings, Yusuf and Zahrah.

Yusuf and Zahrah recently graduated from the University of Surrey in the UK.

Nigerians are congratulating Halima, although a few have noted that today’s ceremony was for resit candidates who failed the last Bar Final Examinations held in August 2015, and thus had to retake the examinations in April of this year.
