University of Jos Library in Fire Inferno 

The Library building of the University of Jos, permanent site campus has been the scene of a fierce fire inferno with the property worth millions burnt.

In 2013, the Main Campus library of the Institution witnessed a fire outbreak which destroyed most parts of the library which led to the shut down of the school library for close to a year. 

The cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be ascertained but efforts are already being made to put out the fire.
