Flying Eagles set to face USA U-20 Team

Flying Eagles winger Okechukwu Offia has said that the team is focused on it’s next game. The match will see the U-20 team face the United States of America in the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland.

Nigeria, who are making a return to the event after missing out on Korea Republic 2017 will challenge for a last sixteen place when they face the United States of America. The match will take place at the Bielsko-Biala Stadium on Monday, May 27.

The match kicks off at 7:30 pm Nigerian time.

Paul Aigbogun’s charges had started on winning ways with a 4-0 thumping of Qatar on Friday in Tychy.
It is the Flying Eagles’ 12th appearance in the competition.

Okechukwu Offia scored Nigeria’s second goal of the game with Maxwell Effiom, Tom Dele-Bashiru and Aliu Salawudeen getting the other goals.
Victory against the Americans who lost their first game 2-1 to Ukraine will see the two-time finalists proceed to the last 16.
