Odion Ighalo who plies his trade forWatford of England is reportedly the target of an unnamed Qatari Stars League outfit who are exploring ways to lure the striker away from the Premier League in the summer.

The Persian Gulf based club are willing to part with €13 million transfer fee to the Hornets with a four-year deal on the table for the Nigeria international striker.

The deal also includes a bumper payday for the Watford striker as he’ll reportedly earn about €5 million per season, bringing the total pay to €20 million (equivalent of N7.2 billion) for the duration of the contract besides other allowances and benefits.

Various reports suggest Watford are ready to cash-in on Ighalo, who has found the back of the net 16 times this campaign, with Nigerian youth international Isaac Success of Granada lined up as a possible replacement.

The 26-year-old former Udinese striker has been linked with a big money move to a number of Premier League sides, with West Ham, Everton, Arsenal and Chelsea said to be in the running for his signature.

Ighalo has been invited to join his Super Eagles colleagues when Nigeria take on Mali and Luxembourg in international friendlies later this month.
