President Buhari’s Ministerial List Ready for Screening

According to numerous reports, President Buhari’s Ministerial List is ready for screening by the Senate.

The President is said to have ratified the list and had sent it to the Senate for screening before travelling to the United States on Thursday.

According to the Tribune source, President Buhari’s ministerial list consists of a fine blend of technocrats and politicians.

It is believed that the list would be confirmed next week at the resumption of the National Assembly.

Tribune’s source however, added that the list may be sent to the Senate in batches.

“The names were sent for screening and the screening was done. It is ready now. Everything you people (the media) have been writing is nonsense, government is not run like that.”

“Even there is at least one PDP person there,” the presidency source, who did not want his name mentioned.”

“Some other interest groups and individuals were also considered by the president in order to ensure national and political balancing but it is a team of change.”
