Miss Ideal Nigeria 2015 drags Pageant Organisers

By  |

lagosSandra Osamor, the outgoing Miss Ideal Nigeria is currently working tirelessly to putting the organisers of the pageant out of their job.

Sandra Osamor had put on blast the organisers for failing to fulfill the terms of her winning the 2015 edition. According to the Guardian reports, the Covenant university graduate revealed she is yet to receive all the things she was promised by the Miss Ideal Nigeria organisers after she was crowned last year

The pageant is a fraud and it should be investigated. The organisers, House of Twitch, make promises to unsuspecting contestants and don’t fulfill such promises. I won with hopes of benefits but got nothing” she stated.

Miss Osamor was promised a trip outside the country, a modelling contract with a famous agency, clothing for one year during her reign and one million Naira.

Sandra Osamor’s manager refused to speak on her allegations. He is said to have told a friend that if she wants to fight, he is ready to do so spiritually.

Meanwhile, a director in House of Twitch, Ayotunde, affirmed some of Osamor’s claims. He, however, justified their actions, stating that Miss Osamor failed to keep to the terms of the Miss Ideal Nigeria agreement.

As Miss ideal Nigeria, there are obligations associated with the office and this includes project execution but Sandra was not forth coming when she was needed. We have a runner-up, who was always ready, and we resorted to work with the runner-up” he said.

The director also disclosed that Miss Osamor was in the habit of not showing up for events because she works a 9-5 job and this affected some of their campaigns. In addition, he stated that she accused them of fraud because they used her picture on their website. “She willingly gave and agreed we use the pictures, so what is the fraud?” he said.
