Buhari Appoints Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita as Acting Head of Service

President Buhari has appointed 51 year old Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita as the acting Head of Service of the Federation.
The immediate past HOS, Danladi Kifasi from Taraba was asked to go on terminal leave on Tuesday, October 20.
The new Head of Service, Oyo-Ita, is from Cross River State in the South South geo-political zone of Nigeria.
Prior to her appointment, she was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology.
Kifasi, who was due to retire on January 1, 2016, is expected to hand over to Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita today.
