2023: Over 3,000 persons dump APC, other parties for PDP in Plateau North Senatorial District

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau North Senatorial District in Plateau State has received over 3,000 decampees from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and other parties withing the State. The decampees were led by former Minister of States for Information, Alhaji Ibrahim Salisu Nakande. The decampees were received at the Official Flag-off of campaigns of the PDP in Plateau North Senatorial District held at the Langfield Leisure Centre, Jos on Thursday 12th January 2023.

The decampees said their return to the PDP was homecoming for them, stressing that they have repented from their actions in the past and have come to ensure that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is sent parking given that no promised made by the APC for the betterment of Plateau people has been achieved, rather only sufferings have been visited on the people.

State Chairman of the PDP Hon Chris Adukuchili Hassan while receiving them in company of the Director General Atiku/Mutfwang Campaign Council, Hon Letep Danbang, and the PDP Vice Chairman Plateau Northern Zone, Hon Davou Mang, stressed that the PDP will give them accomodation as they join in the move to return PDP to power, stressing that their return to the PDP is a sign that better days have come for the people of Plateau State who have renewed hope in the ability of the PDP and her candidates to deliver on the mandate of the people of Plateau State.
