Wizkid Acquires Los Angeles Mansion (PICTURES)
Ayodeji “Wizkid” Balogun, Nigerian singer and songwriter took to his Instagram page on Monday to show off his latest acquisition – a mansion in Los Angeles.
Wizkid, 25, whose work Ojuelegba took the world by surprise last year had shared pictures of the mansion on his Snapchat before posting pictures on Instagram.
The StarBoy CEO shared various pictures showing different views of the house, which is believed to cost him some millions of dollars.
Dj Maphorisa, a member of South African music group, Uhuru, also shared pictures of the same residence.
Wizkid, who was named Nigeria’s best dressed pop star by Vogue, an international fashion magazine, has joined the league of artistes who show off acquisitions on social media platforms.
The Globacom/Pepsi ambassador uploaded a picture of himself carrying a cigarette with the caption ‘Crib so big I got no neighbors!’
In 2013, he was ranked fifth by Forbes and Channel O in a list of Top 10 Richest/Bankable African Artistes.
In the entire span of his career, he has been nominated for 64 awards and has won 18 of them.
