(Watch) Oscar Pistorious Cries as He Walks on His Stumps in Court, People React

In the ongoing sentencing trial for South African athlete Oscar Pistorius, he removed his prosthetic legs in court and walked on his stumps to show just how vulnerable he is without them, and it has sparked myriad reactions on social media.

According to BBC, Pistorious’s lawyer Barry Roux, requested for the judge’s permission before the athlete carried on with the display.

This is in line with the court’s decision to overturn his previous manslaughter verdict and reconsider a new sentencing after he was found guilty of murdering his late partner, Reeva Steenkamp.
