Your favourite DJ Kenny Emamode Ugbehe, popularly known as DJ Kenny, one of Nigerian’s hottest DJs, was born in Lagos Island. He grew up listening to a lot of blues, soul, jazz and indigenous genres, like juju, apala, fuji, highlife, funk, R&B, pop, disco and hip pop. He happened to collect a lot of early rap albums from Late 80′s and 90′s, and developed an interest in hip-hop and rapping.
DJ Kenny has also graced the same stages with Keri Hilson, Wyclef Jean, Kelly Rowland, Brandy, Deray Davis etc. He is also the official DJ for Rhythm 94.7fm Abuja…
He has played at gigs in African Countries, such as: Kenya,Ghana,South Africa and Dubai.
