Torati Ya Mtaa Video – Chindo ft Wakazi, Fid Q & Dully Sykes

Torati Ya Mtaa is a brand new single from Chindo Man, and the lead single off his new Album also titled “Torati Ya Mtaa”. He features two Hip Hop heavyweights (Fid Q & Wakazi), with the hook sung by the Legendary Bongofleva Artist, Dully Sykes (who by the way, also did the production of the song).

Torati Ya Mtaa is the Swahili phrase which means “Street Laws/Codes” and throughout the song, the three emcees reiterate the codes that run their respective streets, with Chindo hailing from Kijenge Juu (AR City), Fid Q from Mwanza (Rock City) & Wakazi from Stakishari Ukonga (Dar City).

Such street tales and guidelines are artistically embroidered over the Typical bongofleva style beat that is so reminiscent of the “P Funk Majani Era”, and the familiarity of the sound along with the clever wordplay & rhyme schemes of the rappers, has made TORATI an instant TZ Hip Hop Classic.
