Top 5 Underrated Artists in Jos by @abdul_3k

I don’t know if this is weird but I’m a very huge fan of underrated artistes, I find articles about underrated artistes very interesting and here I am writing mine. There are lots of artistes in Jos that are unrecognized, a lot of them work very hard but still not recognized.

Below are the most underrated j.town artistes in my opinion. In no particular order

Nana (@Ms_nana_oak )

This girl is actually my favorite female singer in Jos. Top notch vocalist, she has very meaningful lyrics( that’s what attracted me to her music). We’ve heard her on couple of songs which she was featured but still no song of her own for now.

Kenniestrap (@kenniestrap)

I think he is the most underrated rapper around here. He has been around since 2010, I became a fan the first day I heard his song. He is part of a group called “Rnm” in Jos at the moment. Dude got bars!!!

Lois (@lois_bewaran)

She has a very great voice, we have heard good songs from her yet she doesn’t get the recognition she deserves down here but hopefully soon “Lois” will be a house hold name.

Yhungwun (@YhungWun)

Yhung wun has had more effect on hip hop in Jos than plenty people. He’s part of the Hennessy vs class 2016, unfortunately he didn’t make it to the final. Despite all his efforts he’s rated by very few people around here.

Criggzy

Criggzy is a very good singer/rapper, very versatile. In my opinion he sings better than he raps and his hooks are normally very catchy. He has been around for a while too but still not really recognized by a lot.
