Jay Z’ Tidal and Kanye West is currently facing a class action lawsuit spearheaded by an irritated fan, Justin Baker-Rhett, who said he was deceived into registering for Tidal (which had exclusive rights to Yeezy’s The Life of Pablo album as at that time), only for the album to get released on Spotify, Apple and other platforms.

TLOP, Kanye’s seventh album dropped on Tidal on 14th February, Ye took to Twitter to rant about how the hot album will never be released on Apple, that it will only remain on Tidal.

The album later was made available on other platforms, like Apple and Spotify; the same platforms Ye’s fans were already on . And so, according to TMZ, the irritated fan says he and other fans were tricked into rescuing the floundering Tidal.
