Saraki vs Code of Conduct: Court of Appeal Adjourns Judgement Indefinitely

The case between Senate President, Bukola Saraki vs Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has been adjourned indefinitely by the Appeal Court sitting in Abuja.

The registrar of the court announced the decision on Monday, but failed to state the reason behind the indefinite adjournment of the case.

The Senate President had urged the Appeal Court to halt his trial at the CCT over alleged false declaration of assets, citing the lack of jurisdiction of the tribunal.
