Here is the Reason why Capital Hill Records Dumped Chidinma

Following Chidinma’s departure from Capital Hill Records, questions have been flying round as to why the petite songstress parted ways with the label which helped her grow into an artiste that can be reckoned with after winning the MTN Project Fame West Africa competition.

A rep for the Record label is said to have told SoundcityTV that contract were not renewed because Chidinma was not being ‘productive.’

This revelation came in when a rep from Soundcity digital team put a call through to Capital Hills Music Group, in the conversation which lasted some minutes, the label’s rep informed that “…her contract ended and we saw no reason to renew it, she was not being productive musically”.
