Adele’s return to music has been nothing shorter than a grand affair with her entry after being away for years to topping charts immediately. Her debut single Hello, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 and broke all kinds of download and streaming records.

Adele’s Snippet Shuts Down The Internet

Academy-Award winner Adele declared that during her absence since 2011’s 21, she’s been somewhat out of the loop in regards to music and pop culture in an interview with Rolling Stone but seemed to know much about Frank Ocean’s music.

Aside from being a fan of FKA Twigs and admitting to sneaking into the Glastonbury festival to see Kanye West perform, as she has been relatively busy bringing up her 3-year-old son.

“When I have nothing to say, I’d rather just not talk.” Adele said.

Yet, while she may not be completely up to date with the latest musical happenings, Adele is certainly aware of the one music figure who has been missing from the radio and charts since 2012.

“I’m just f–king waiting for Frank f–king Ocean to come out with his album,” she admits. “It’s taking so long.” After a pause and a bit of a giggle, Adele realized her comment. “That sounds so stupid, coming from me, doesn’t it?”
