One Dance is Wizkid’s not Drake’s – Seyi Shay

Seyi Shay has added to her long list of interview blunders and this time around with regards to Wizkid’s chart topping collaboration with Drake. According to Seyi Shay, Wizkid is the owner of the song as he wrote it in entirety.

Seyi was speaking in an interview when she was asked about how Afrobeat has become a worldwide phenonemon.Below is what she said.

“It was actually Wizkid song, not a Drake song. I don’t know if i can talk about this. Wizkid wrote it, Legendury Beatz and some other Nigerian producers produced it as an Afrobeats song.”
