Nigerians slam Cynthia Morgan over post on Zuckerberg’s Page

Northside Entertainment artiste Cynthia Morgan has been slammed by Nigerians on social media for asserting that Nigerian artistes make only one genre of music – Afrobeats, a comment she made on Mark Zuckerberg‘s Instagram page.

Mark Zuckerberg had posted a photo with top Nigerian acts captioned  “Visited Nollywood, crashed a hip hop music video, and met some of Nigeria’s biggest stars.”

And Morgan came with her contrary opinion.

“But we do Afrobeats not hip hop. And yall here can’t see this caption,” the reggae-dancehall singer said under Zuckerberg’s post, berating Nigerians as well, adding ” 700 comments. #Naija #Deep”
