Moet Abebe apologises over Outburst on fans Over Twerking Video

By  |

Moet Abebe, Soundcity presenter has apologised to fans on Instagram a day after she dragged them for calling her out over the racy twerking video she shared on her page.

According an upset Moet, she is not a role model as she has found herself in an industry where you have to express yourself the best way you know how…

I’m here to make money and have fun doing what I was born to do… so you either get used to 2017 being filled with “bikini” photos and memorable moments of me or you just be that “role model” for your child or better yet make your mother your role model and not me as she drops the mic

Following the intense clapback from angry fans who she insulted, the OAP seems to have mellowed and agreed that, indeed, some fans really look up to her as some sort of icon.

“I appreciate those who look up to me and see me as a ‘role model’ and often times it’s unbelievable that I even have those who can relate to me and love me for who I am,” said said in her apology yesterday, adding that she never set out to offend her fans.

Thank You
