Milli Leaves Chocolate City and his Mentor
Milli, rated as one of Nigeria’s rappers for the future has left Chocolate City.
The rapper who came into prominence when he was first signed by M.I Abaga to Loopy Music in 2013, but made a splash during the 2015 merger of the record label with Chocolate City as one of the artistes who were officially signed has been one of the Chocolate City’s President favourite acts and he always said so.

Milli released a number of singles under the record label, including featuring on their 2015 compilation album, ‘The Indestructible Choc Boi Nation’.
According to Pulse Ng reports, sources within the Chocolate City camp and close to the rapper, Milli has split ways with the label. Reasons for his split was unclear, but the young rapper who many had likened to US act Drake was deep in work on his debut body of work, an EP titled “Childish EP.”
Milli whose page on Twitter says Out of Service has taken off Chocolate City off his social media handles, changing his booking handle to ‘savemilli@gmail,com’ with his last tweet stating Shutting Down for a bit. He is currently restrategizing, working on new material on a new imprint titled UpNext Universe.
