JJC confirms Marriage to Funke Akindele as Actress wins 2 Awards

Rapper, JJC whose real name is Abdul Rasheed Bello, took to his Instagram page to congratulate actress Funke Akindele on her double win at last night’s Naija FM Comedy Awards.

The rapper/ video director also confirmed their marriage.

“2 awards to my lovely wife, the hardest working person I know in this industry,” the rapper said, adding, “congratulations #skyisjustthebeginning.”

Following months of speculations which started in August, after JJC addressed Akindele as ‘FAB’ in his birthday note to her, an acronym many people deduced to mean ‘Funke Akindele Bello’, after his surname, Bello, the couple have fnally confirmed their union.

Funke Akindele had  modified her Instagram, including JJC’s surname on her page, her way of confirming their marriage. However, neither of them have spoken about their relationship, until today when he publicly called her his wife.

And she quickly replied his note.

“Thank you my king,” she said.
