47 years old, pop star Jennifer Lopez still shows off what her mama gave her and the songstress might not be in the mood to stop anytime soon.

Last night,Ain’t Your Mama crooner took it for a saucy Instagram selfie and this has caused massive traffic on her social media.

“Love yourself first. Feeling empowered,” JLo captioned the photo, adding, “Healthy body, healthy mind.”

The mother of two revealed her health regime recently to PEOPLE, adding that she trains with Tracy Anderson “four to five times a week doing dance cardio and muscular structure work.”

“I don’t deprive myself,” she added “But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”

Now J Lo and 29-year-old Casper Smart are said to be over for good after their relationship came to it’s natural conclusion.
