INEC Picks Jimoh Ibrahim as PDP candidate for Ondo election

Businessman Jimoh Ibrahim has been named as the flagbearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the November 26 governorship election in Ondo State by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The Punch reports that the commission also named Mr. Alabi Ebenezer Omotayo as his running mate.

Jimoh Ibrahim emerged the candidate of the Ali-Modu Sheriff faction of the party during its primaries, while Mr. Eyitayo Jegede emerge for the Ahmed Makarfi faction.
