INEC declares Kayode Fayemi Winner as #EkitiDecides
The Independent National Electorial Commission, INEC which was set up to oversee and conduct elections in Nigeria for 20 years has brought the governorship election of Ekiti state to a close with Dr. Kayode Fayemi, Nigeria’s Minister emerging winner.
A summary of the result and announcements were made by Prof. Idowu Olayinka, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ibadan.
