Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has hailed the support of their fans as they saw off Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League semi-final.

The LaLiga side came into the second half with a 3-1 advantage, but were three goals down to the Blues at the Bernabeu.

Mason Mount, Antonio Rudiger and Timo Werner all scored for Chelsea, but Madrid fought back to score twice.

Rodrygo finished off an exquisite pass from Luka Modric, before Karim Benzema scored his fourth goal over the two legs to seal their passage.

Ancelotti said afterwards: “How can I explain it? The magic of this stadium helps the players, the team, to never give in.

“We suffered. But, the more you suffer, the happier I am.”
