Finally, Davido Announces Venue For His December Concert

Multi award-winning singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has officially announced the venue for his concert coming up on December 27th.

The announcement is coming on the back of the controversies that trailed his application for the use of Eko Atlantic as the venue – an application that appears to have been rejected.

The singer took to his social media pages on Monday night to announce that this year’s edition of his annual concert tagged, ”City of Davido” will be holding at the Ocean View Grounds, Eko Hotel Plot B, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The announcement comes at a time when the DMW boss banned popular music blogger, Ayo Jaguda (@AyoJaguda) from Nigeria and Africa after he (Jaguda) accused him of buying YouTube views for his recently released music video, “Wonder Woman“.

Meanwhile, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has sanctioned the award-winning singer for violating camp rules during the mandatory three-week orientation.

A source quoted the NYSC as saying that for “absconding” from the camp during the orientation camp, the Corps had to “dekit” the artiste, which brought to an end his participation in the 2018 Batch ‘B’ Stream II in Lagos State, where he had been posted.
