EFCC Search Former Minister’s Abuja Home

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have carried out a comprehensive search of the home of former Petroleum Minister,Mrs Diezani Alison-Madueke.

Diezani was arrested in London, on Friday morning by the International Corruption Unit of the United Kingdom National Crimes Agency while the Nigerian Anti Corruption Graft body stormed her house Friday evening.

The EFCC were said to have recovered vital documents from the residence of the former Minister.

Mrs Diezani is accused of large-scale money laundering and abuse of office during her spell as minister.
