Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arrested former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode today according to reports via Punch.

It was learnt that Femi Fani-Kayode’s arrest wwas made at about 1:50pm in the premises of the Federal High Court, Lagos.

The former minister was in court over for his trial over an alleged fraud of ‎N4.9bn but had alleged earlier that the EFCC was planning to arrest him again.
