Drake and Kendrick Lamar Celebrate Chance the Rapper’s 3 Grammys
More rappers are standing with Chance the Rapper as he was blessed with his first three Grammys on Sunday but he wasn’t the only one excited about the wins.
Before and after the ceremony, in which Chance won Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance for “No Problem,” and Best Rap Album for Coloring Book, the Chicago rapper received congratulatory notes from his peers including Drake and Kendrick Lamar.
“CONGRATS BOI,” wrote the 6 God. “WELL DESERVED. I AM IN MANCHESTER HAVING A DRINK FOR U BROSKI. MORE MORE MORE.”
“Love you bro,” Chance replied. “I’m hearing amazing things about tour.”
Ace rapper Kendrick Lamar did let him know he was “rooting” for him before the show and congratulated him afterwards. “Congrats bro,” wrote K-Dot. “God is moving!”
“He is,” replied Chano. “Love u brother! Thanks for always taking care of us.”
