Davido Announces New Venue For Upcoming “Davido Live In Concert”

Multi award-winning singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced a new venue for “Davido Live In Concert” coming up on December 27th.

“Davido Live In Concert,” initially called the ‘City of David’ concert, was previously announced to hold at the Ocean View Grounds, Lagos.

But it appears that the DMW boss and the management of Eko Atlantic are now on good terms as he has announced to his fans that the concert will now be holding within the expanse land of the atlantic.

The singer took to his Twitter page on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, to make the big announcement.

He wrote: ”You asked and we listened! In order to give you the best show possible and accommodate all my fans- Davido Live in Concert is moving to a bigger venue!—-Eko Atlantic!”

Bear in mind that controversies had trailed his previous application for the use of Eko Atlantic as his concert’s venue – an application that was previously rejected.

Meanwhile, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has sanctioned the award-winning singer for violating camp rules during the mandatory three-week orientation.

A source quoted the NYSC as saying that for “absconding” from the camp during the orientation camp, the Corps had to “dekit” the artiste, which brought to an end his participation in the 2018 Batch ‘B’ Stream II in Lagos State, where he had been posted.
