Brad Pitt in for War as he Seeks joint custody with Angelina Jolie

Actor Brad Pitt is fighting messy with Angelina Jolie over the custody of their 6 children according to fresh reports.

TMZ reports that the actor has replied Jolie’s divorce petition by filing for the joint custody of their children, and it is because the actress demanded for sole custody of their children, requesting that he only be granted visitation rights.

Drama began after the couple separated barely days after their 2nd wedding anniversary.

Brad Pitt was accused of physically abusing their son Maddox on a private jet, sparking police investigations on child abuse. In October, the couple met with the Department of Children and Family Services which made recommendations, and agreed that the actress will have full custody of their children until October 20.

Brad Pitt also agreed to a drug testing, and fans hoped that their differences would be peaceful resolved for the sake of their children.

The actor is however going to war as he has just fired back now, countering his wife’s request to have full custody of the kids, which creates a tense situation because California judges grant joint custody except in cases where it is harmful to the children.

It is unclear to many what direction the new battle will take, one thing is clear though; the adults are ready to fight dirty, even if this, sadly, may hurt their children.
