Anthony Martial’s Ex-wife trolls him for losing Jersey (SEE)

Budding Manchester United talent, Anthony Martial isn’t having the best of times at the moment. After having a not so impressive outing at Euro 2016, the former Monaco star soon learnt that his no 9 shirt at Old Trafford had been taken by new signee Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The France international wore the jersey with pride on his debut after his record breaking move for a teenager, scoring 17 goals in 55 games. But after just one season, he had to make way for the big Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

To make matters worse, the decision to ditch Martial as United’s no 9 has been received with joy by his ex-wife Samantha Helena according to a report by  Goal.

Reports in France claimed the youngster was not even informed of the decision, sparking rumours that he was unhappy with United having created an ‘AM9’ brand which was frequently posted on his social media accounts.

Ibrahimovic had confirmed his new number on Instagram, claiming that the decision was his choice. And that’s where Martial’s ex-wife, Samantha, comes into the picture. She supported the Swede’s announcement by liking the photo.

Martial, 20, split with Samantha earlier this year after reports that he had cheated on her with an X Factor contestant in Paris went viral.

United has revealed he’ll be wearing the no 11 shirt this season.
