Anna Banner Blasts Abuja Nightclub for Using Her Photo Without Permission
Former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Anna Banner who happens to be one of Flavour’s baby mamas discovered that a top Abuja Nightclub used her photo to promote their club on social media, the act did not seem to go down well with the model and she immediately called them out for the criminal act.
From the screenshot culled by Instablog9ja, the photo used was from the shoot styled by Moses Ebite of Moashy Styling and Uyi Ogbebor, CEO of popular Abuja Club The Bank was using the image.
“I have no idea why you chose to use my picture as a means of advertisement for your club,” she wrote to the club’s manager, adding, “kindly take this down.”
A quick check on the club manager’s page reveals he has taken the offending photo down, but it is unclear if the beauty queen will be filing for damages.
OAP Toolz also recently called out a boutique for using her photo for promotional purposes without the OAP’s permission.
