Abdulmumin Jibrin accuse Dogara of paying N20m for Smear Propaganda
Abdulmumin Jibrin , the Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations, has denied reports that he owns and operates a UK account with about £1.5m.
One Ifeanyi Okonkwo of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) had alleged that Jibrin has an account domiciled with ING Bank Channels Island, United Kingdom which he opened with his UK address- 453 Crankbrook Road, Ilford Essex IG2 6EW.

According to Hon Jibrin, the ‘propaganda’ was being sponsored by Speaker Dogara as the House of Representatives is set to resume on Tuesday.
He said Hon. Maduebum paid N20 million naira to one Ifeanyi Okonkwo to spread the ‘propaganda’.
