Ibrahim Abubakar, NFF Head of Protocol Shot Dead

Nigeria Football Federation has announced the death of its Head of Protocol who was killed by armed robbers.

Ibrahim Abubakar was shot dead in his Abuja home, in the wee hours of Wednesday.

The Head of Protocol’s death was announced on the Twitter handle of the NFF.

The remains of Abubakar has been taken to Kaduna for burial, according to Islamic rites.

The late NFF protocol officer is survived by his wife and 3 children.
