6 ex-militants Bag First Class Degrees from Benson Idahosa University

The amnesty office has announced that Six former militants have bagged first class degrees from the Benson Idahosa University, Edo state.

The ex-militants were granted amnesty under the presidential amnesty programme and were admitted to the university to study various degree programmes.

Owei Lakemfa, media and communications consultant of the amnesty office, said the result, as released by the institution, showed that one ex militant graduated with a first class degree in Mathematics, two in Business Administration, and three in Political Science and Public Administration.

Lakemfa further stated that 34 other former militants graduated from the institution with second class upper degrees.

Recall that two weeks ago, three ex-militants also graduated with first class degrees from UK universities.
