Prince Abubakar Audu Laid to Rest

The remains of the All Progressives Congress, APC gubernatorial candidate in the inconclusive Saturday’s governorship election in Kogi elections who was also a former Governor of the Confluence State, Prince Abubakar Audu has been laid to rest.

Audu’s remains were laid to rest in his residence at Ogbonicha, Ofu Local Government Area of the state.

A team of Imam from Igala land conducted his burial rites.

The burial puts to rest the claims in some quarters that the former governor resurrected this morning.

Late Prince Abubakar Audu gave up the ghost yesterday shortly after the election in the state was declared inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Election, INEC.
