The Twitter Account @AmbodeObsarver has taken over the cyberphere providing a good laugh for Nigerians who have been handed “Change” by the current administration.

The Lagos Class Captain observes happenings on the streets of Nigeria’s commercial capital and reports to the Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode @AkinwunmiAmbode.
